Reflection on CLI part 2 by Eizen Ramones

The CLI program has helped me stay grounded whenever I feel like I am heading in different directions. I felt that the second CLI was a good boost to the start of the new year. I felt like I expressed a lot of the feelings and emotions that I never openly talk about. Its good to know that people are allowed to be yourself once and a while. Like many of the past exercises that I have done in CLI or R2W, I have incorporated them with my Youth Group at my church. Their response is surprising, because the group has reached a level of trust that we never reached before. Just like our last day at CLI, I felt like honesty is a great thing. Questioning the Accords and having a discussion about "let downs" made me more conscious of how I am blaming myself for things in the past. I hope that the group continues to open up and be courageous to express and question each other. How boring it would be if we all agreed on the same thing, instead appreciate each other's point of views. Can't wait to see everyone again!
